What is the RAW Legends Series?

The RAW Legends Series collection is a digital card collection that highlights the success of legends on the roundnet court. Each of the 13 athletes has won a national championship and come out on top as the top team in the world over the last 8 years. This collection will promote fandom and legitimacy in the sport, provide players royalties based on the sales of this collection, and empower RAW to continue providing more advanced stats and technology for the sport.

Increasing Fandom & Legitimacy

Most everyone has a time in their life when they were collecting trading cards and thinking about the players from their favorite sport that inspired them to push harder and dream bigger. This collection is the start to bringing that type of mentality to fans of roundnet. Whether collectors are looking to get a card of their favorite player to feel that connection or trying to hold onto a player's card because their legend will only grow bigger, we want to give everyone a chance to grow their fandom with the legendary players of this sport! This type of opportunity helps build a secondary economy and true fan legitimacy around the sport. The ability to trade and collect players' digital cards will help take roundnets legitimacy to the next level!

Providing Finanical Benefit

Each sale of a player's card will have a 5% royalty fee with 2.5% going to RAW and 2.5% going to the player. Sales of an unopened card will have a 5% fee with 2.5% going to RAW and 2.5% split between all the players in the collection equally. This format is meant to incentivize RAW and the athletes to bring value to their cards whether that's through actual benefits to card owners or by simply increasing their value as an athlete on the field! By buying a card not only are you connecting with the players more, but you are also supporting them financially by collecting their trading cards!

Empowering RAW to Push the Sport Forward

This collection will allow RAW to develop more technology around stats and sports data. We want to continue to push the sport forward as far as data and analysis goes. Collections like this one and hopefully more in the future are exciting ways that allow those around the sport of roundnet to interact with data of the players. We have a lot of ideas for how we want to push the sport forward, and projects like this give us more capacity to do so.

What's exciting is that these cards are truly owned by the purchasers since each card lives on the blockchain so it is immutable and unchangeable meaning no one can take away a card from a wallet once it is bought! This process can truly be thought of as creating physical cards and selling them. Once you have the card in your wallet that card is yours!
